Venxura is an AI-powered Local SEO platform that helps businesses track Google Maps rankings, manage reviews, generate content, and optimize their Google Business Profile. Features include keyword rank tracking, geo-grid mapping, AI content generation, and email alerts.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with Venxura, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Venxura to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Scrape or misuse Google APIs in violation of Google's ToS
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our platform
• Share your account with unauthorized users
• Use the service for spam or malicious purposes

5. Subscription & Billing

Venxura offers Free, Pro, and Agency subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Venxura platform, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Venxura and protected by intellectual property laws. AI-generated content created through our platform belongs to you, the user.

7. Disclaimers

Venxura provides ranking data sourced from Google Places API. We do not guarantee specific ranking improvements. Search rankings are influenced by many factors outside our control. AI-generated content should be reviewed before publishing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Venxura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
